Hi, i downloaded doughwallet on my iphone and made a transfer to the wallet before syncing finished. now that syncing is done, my funds are not in the wallet. can someone help me?

Dough is crap. And my pet hate is that it refuses to give up your keys. If you had the key for that wallet, that would be the only thing you need, and you could throw the client away [Terminate with Extreme Prejudice!].

So, you have two choices.

Get the key, by decoding the mnemonic it does give you (I'll leave that as your homework)
Wait for it to catch up and send the coins to a plain, ordinary wallet, as provided by https://walletgenerator.net/?currency=Dogecoin

First of all dough is crap. Don't use it.

Second of all, idk exactly what the problem is but just make sure it is fully synced like you said otherwise ask someone more knowledgeable to help.
