Is doughwallet synced to the blockchain? If you don’t think so hit the “rescan button in the settings. Then also check your doughwallet address on a chain explorer.
Also you should probably read the wallet eli5 on the sidebar (hit ••• on mobile and hit community info) to learn how to make a paper wallet. Doughwallet doesn’t give you access to your private keys, so you lose your phone or the app breaks your screwed
