please help , i lost my dogecoin in dough wallet

hi everyone , i am newbie , yesterday i use btc to change dogecoin in changelly , and send to doughwallet iOS , its already 24 hours , i still see nothing in the wallet , still showing 0 coin , when i check in doge chain , its show ''Not yet redeemed'' , my wallet address is ''D735zC8M17BuawWi1GaxdEts9TAsfE4hGQ'' , can some expert help me in this , thanks

Hi I got dough wallet and then i bought some coins using the wallet id, when i bought the coins second time i did not realise that the wallet address changed and i purchased using my first id and now i dont have my second coins can i recover it from somewhere please help

Plug your phone in, change the auto lock setting on your phone to "never," go into dough wallet settings and hit "rescan blockchain," then leave the app open and wait until it is 100% done. Don't forget to fix your auto lock setting after this is done.

Dough wallet takes for ever to sync for the first time

The coins are there.

The problem is that Dough is crap, and hasn't seen it. Try force-quitting it and relaunching.

Then either get the keys, which will involve finding a tool to extract them from the recovery seed it give you, or send them to a 'paper' wallet you hold the key to.
